Rebirth Brass band at howlin wolf

We are going to be in New Orleans in October on a Thursday and notice from listings that the Rebirth Brass band play the Howlin wolf on thursdays. The Howlin wolf web site states 10 oclock but the bands own web site is 11. We have earlier plans and would be looking at getting there about eleven has anyone any experience of what time they actually go on. It seems they play there every Thursday. i hate getting someplace and hanging around , tho we wouldnt bother going if we are going to miss a good part of the show. Any help would be great in finalising our plans thanks

If the time says 10 PM, it could be anywhere from 10 PM to midnight before they actually start. I think that musicians are laid back and aren%26#39;t worried about schedules. My guess is they probably will show up at 11 PM, set up and be playing by 11:30 PM. They will play late to around 2-3 AM.

I like to take a late afternoon nap, eat a late dinner and go to the show.

Thanks for the replys, if its around 11.30 thats good as we have a previous commitment which finishes after eleven.
