Muriel's for wedding

So we%26#39;ve narrowed our search down to Muriel%26#39;s.

I read some great reviews %26amp; the not so good ones aren%26#39;t enough to discourage us.

I was just curious if anyone on here had been to a wedding at Muriel%26#39;s or a rehersal dinner.

If so, was it in one of the private rooms?

Did you have a DJ?

Muriel%26#39;s is lovely (though I%26#39;ve never been for a wedding).

Have you considered Napoleon House? One of the most wonderful wedding receptions I%26#39;ve ever attended was at Napoleon House. The couple had found their own 4 piece band (also wonderful).

We had our rehearsal dinner at Muriels. It was in a private room. Food was great. Service was ok. It was painfully clear that they were out to make as much money off us as possible. Nice atmosphere for a dinner. We did not have a DJ.

My wife was at a special function upstairs and all went perfect..food, service and there were two people playing live music and it went well for acoustics etc.

I regulary have dinner at Muriel%26#39;s and have been to a few private affairs there. I have never been disappointed. Hope you have a wonderful experience.

Just a tip, if you can have the goat cheese and shrimp crepes, they are about the most spectacular thing every. Atmosphere is great, and I found the staff to be extremely helpful and went out of their way to give good service and I found if you ask their opinion they are willing to give you their recomendations.
